Download VLC player (it's free)- It's the one really simple answer to playing .bin movie files (and also answer to probably most of your other problems you've had with playing movies... such as no sound but only video, or no video while playing movie but only sound). It should take care of all your woes. It's been playing anything that is a movie for me so I thought I'd pass the word on. After all, I did install it after recommendation from friends.
